　　企业信息化在现代的企业管理上是一个很流行的词汇,它对企业的生存、发展有着深远的意义。企业信息化作为推动和实现企业体制创新、技术创新、管理创新，增强企业核心竞争力的重要手段和必由之路，近年来已为我国许多企业特别是大企业普遍认同，并成为他们的战略选择。但是，由于企业信息化是一项相当艰巨复杂的系统工程，对许多中国中小企业来说仍然是全新的课题，无论在规划还是在建设信息化过程中，都存在诸多疑虑和困惑。本文详细阐述分析了中小企业信息化现状，信息化中小企业关注的问题及中小企业信息化存在的问题，并据此提出了信息化的建设和规划过程中的一些带有规律性、普遍性和策略性的问题进行了研究和探索。
